HAKKO FU-500 & FU-600 / FU-601 can be integrated with a varirty of robots and actuators to build an automatic soldering system. The automatic soldering system can help to produce consistency of soldering process to enhance the reliabiliy of solder joint by solving the problem of individual difference in manual soldering.

The difference between (FU600) high heat 140W/ (FU-601) high heat 300W.


HAKKO FU-500 & FU-600 by combining a variety of devices. You can create easy-to-use automated soldering processes and reduce production costs.



> Accurate solder feeding
The HAKKO FU-500 features a compact drive unti that allows the solder feedunit to be brought closer to the iron.This adaptation makes it possible to increasethe accuracy of amount of solder feeding.


> Equipped with countermeasures against solder ball splash as standard
As countermeasure against flux and solder solder ball splash, the unit is equippedwith a mechanism that cuts a V-shaped groove into the solder wire as standardIt is also possible to changesolder wire diameter by simply replacing the pulley unit.


> Support solder diameters of 0.3 mm and up
As the unit is capable of handling extremely small solder diameters of 0.3mm, it can be used for delicate soldering joobs.

> Easy adjustment of solder feeding position
Adjustment of the position of solder feeding to the tip iscritical for automatic solderingsystems.The HAKKO FU-500 lets you adjust the solder feeding position just by turningan adjustment screw with a wrench.


> Solder feed error detection
With an optional semsor for solder movement,The HAKKO FU-500 can detechsolder clogging,slipping and the end of the roll.




> Easy tip replacement
The position of the tip end can be easily adjusted using the tip adjusment jip unitincluded with the FU-600. Work can be started just by removeing the iron from the main unit by removeing two screws, positioning the tipusing the tip adjustment jig unit,and returning theiron to the main unit.Using another iron (FU6001-01X or FU6002-01X) makesit possible to installa new tip inadvance, minimizing equipment downtime.


> High performance composite tip
The FU-600 can provide excellent thermal recovery characteristic with a highperformance composite tip,a tip integrated with a heating element and sensor.

> Six presets tip -temperature function
Tip temperature can be preset in six settings. Preset temperatures can becalled from soldering conditions in the soder feed unit.

> Optional parts & accessories
> Slide unit

The slide unit allows the FU-600's iron vertical movement.As the solenoid valve comes pre-wired, the unit can be used by simplyconnecting to the FU-500 via special connetor and supplying compressedair externally.

> Slide unit (for drag soldering)

if height varies during drag soldering due to the angle or other conditionsof the sample, height variations can be adsorbed by attaching this slide unit to the FU-600's iron.

> N2 Adapter assembly

Simply attach the optional N2 adapter to the iron and install a nozzle assembly thatmatches the tip to perform N2 soldering.

> Tip cleaner

The tip cleaner's rotating brushcan remove not only excess solder butalso flux carbides, which are difficult toremove from tips by compressed air.It is possible to turn the brush on and off via an external signal.

> Temperature probe

The tip thermometer unit can be placed on the tip to measure the tip thmperature ofan automatic soldering unit.(Supported thermometers :FG-100,FG-101 and FG-102).

> Handpiece
Two types of iron part can be selected The connector of direction, you can choose two types of iron section.
